I think you first criteria should say "reduced by 20%" like everything is reduced by 20% in the sale, but the price of a specific item changes by 4.75 k. What country uses naira? Well if you agree that 20 k means "by 20%" that 20% is N4. 75k. If you say to me "it became N4. 75k" , I'd take that to mean that was its final price, so in the OP you say "it was reduce by N4.75 k" . For example if it was N20 and was reduced by 20% its sale price would have been reduced by N4. So that gives you a clue.
