hello friends, im trying to understand the very basics related to the function of temporal lobe of the human brain. more specifically i would like to understand the parts related to hearing and speech recognition like wernicke's and breca's area. i know about the functions of these parts but i cant find information regarding how these parts work or how they process information. what kind of receptors and neurotransmitters are involved? what causes excitation and de-excitation of neurons in this are? which harmones effect the function of these parts? i am unable to find this information through google thats why im here. plz reefer me some book or a link of any website where i can get such details. thanks.
