Does anyone know if MARIE comes under RISC or CISC architecture?

I just had a Systems Architecture exam and this was really bugging me, can anyone confirm the answer? I put CISC but I'm now thinking I was wrong...

Based on what I see here (see page 11 of 24), I would have to say it's a RISC based system.
