I live in Ukraine (it is between Russia and Poland if you don't know) and I want to have a good understanding of English.

You seem well articulated, do want to *talk* in english?

 

Things like ventrillo and teamspeak are full of geeks who will *talk* to you.

 

You have to find a server that suits your needs.
