pliu
Hi, I'm looking for an organic solvent that is stable up to 800C in an inert atmosphere under high pressure 10-15MPa. Would anyone have any ideas? Thanks. Also, is a liquid at room temperature.

daphne2013
I only know this Silicone. Some models boiling point is about 300 degrees. The higher boiling point of the material was not found.
Enthalpy
Silicone decomposes waaaaay before 800°C, as an organic compound. The maximum operating temperature of silicone rubber is +350°C. And whether organic or not, a liquid range including 300K and 800°C is damned difficult.
