Heat transfer .. Could please help me !

We try to help those who help themselves. At least post the questions in your own words. Questions like these can often be solved by examining the units of known quantities and the units of the expected answer, and determining what arithmetic is needed to make the units come out right for the answer you need.

These are generally good steps to take:

 

Make a picture of the problem. It should include: whatever object (e.g. that pipe) and some arrows with flows of material or in this case: heat. Add some numbers to the picture if you know them.

 

Describe to yourself the phenomenon that is taking place. And does your text book explain you anything about that phenomenon? Perhaps it even suggests a formula, or a method to solve it?

 

Sorry that we are not more forthcoming, but the goal is that you learn something, not that you just get the answer. Good luck!
