Namita
Hi all, Ive a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering. I happened to take it because I did not take education seriously that time. After taking engg, I realised that I'm not good at maths or physics. I now have an interest in studying further. I find Biology very interesting and am very good at it. Could you please tell me if I can take up any post graduate course in pure biology after an undergraduation in chem. E? Thanks. -Namita.
ajb
You should contact the universities you have in mind for postgrad study and ask them directly. It may be possible, though I expect it will depend on the exact nature of the course you are interested in and the university itself. My initial thought, but be aware I have nothing to do with biology and chemisty, is that study in molecular biology or biochemisty may suit your existing skills better than say a course in zoololgy. But as I say, please contact the universities you are interested in directly.
bemanos
Hi.As a Chem-E you can specialize in fields that do not require math. One of these fields is biotechnology , or biological engineering(well you may need some math here , but not much).Good luck!
