I am given a list of movements such as depression, elevation, eversion, extenstion, flexion ect. ect. I have to make an exercise program using a different exercise for every movement, and teling what muscles and joints are used in the movement.

To get to someone quickly who is an expert at what you need to know, I suggest you go to the "About Physical Therapy" forum. I know that physical therapists must know in detail about how every muscle works to help people get rehabilitated from accidents and strokes.
