Head Sensation

Featured Replies

This is a bit difficult to describe but anyway.

When Im relaxed, e.g. quitely typing, along with somebody else doing something , as well as perfect silence (other than a person quietly speaking/ doing something), I sometimes get this sensation in the back of my head.

Now its only when im relaxed, and sitting quietly with few others around, But its REALLY nice, i cant really force it to happen, it just does.

Anybody know why this happens, or anybody get the same sensation?

I get it probably around twice a month.

it sounds like the Shoulder/Neck muscles relaxing (the place that a partner will massage when you`re tense).

often during everyday day stress these muscles will tighten up, they do relax on their own eventualy, perhaps that`s what`s happening? As these muscles extend right up the back of the neck and head.

that would be My Guess :)
