You may have heard of an emerging nanotechnology called quantum-dot cellular automata or QCA. There is a free open source tool available for you to download and explore the design of nano-scale computing circuits with this technology. You can download the tool at:

Whoah. Looks somewhat Anarchy Online-ish. :) Well, at least now YT can design nanochips for an army of shed-guarding nanobots. :))

I'm not so sure about the Anarchy Online business but the shed-guarding nanobots seems like an interesting concept.
