Hiii everyone,

 

I really need some help... I would like to see if my γδ T-cells are activated or not, I've heard about the γδ T-cell isolation kit from Miltenyi

BUT

the problem is that they use an anti-γδ TCR antibody for the purification, and I'm afraid that this antibody will activate the cells while fixing

thus make my results be wrong ...

 

What am I supposed to do ??

Do I have to analyse by excluding all the other lymphocytes and then use an activating marker or what ,?

 

Reallly need some help
