aileenpath Posted May 2, 2012 Share Posted May 2, 2012 hi, i am looking for an efficient free software to export my DNA sequence of interest , one that could calculate the gc%, Tm, second structure, etc. My collegues use generunner program but it is not compatible with my windows 7 (64 bit) home premium versio. Arete Posted May 2, 2012 Share Posted May 2, 2012 hmm. Are you looking for primer design software, or sequence analysis software? You generally wouldn't report Tm/secondary structure on a whole sequence...
