guys i have seen some evidences such as futuristic computers and all and i strongly feel that these two fields are closely related to each other, what u guys have to say, guys give some examples where they are correlated

Since Bioinformatics is a broad field with different computational and data mining techniques which includes sub-disciplines like genomics, proteomics, ionomics etc. I would recommend you read this book.
