What's the difference between artifcial and natural hair? Also artifcial and natural wool etc.

You're having a laugh aren't you...?? artificial hair as in wigs is probably mostly nylon or something like that whereas natural hair is keratin based. Artificial wool is mostly acrylic based I think? Natural wool is pretty much like hair in a way and keratin based. Why do you ask? If this is a homework question then you are lazy.
