As stated in the topic, how to do this?? for both Audio and Video??

well for visual get yourseld 'snagit' it records things on a selected area on the screen so you put a box round the streaming video and away you go (saves as avi i think)

just google for "rip streaming audio". Ripcast looks like the most polular software to rip Shoutcast broadcasts. where do u wanna rip the streams from anywya
