Angiotensin coverting enzyme is one that is isolated and used in the reduction of high blood pressure (hypertension) .

 

Drugs called ACE inhibitors.

 

Im at a loss as to what is the purpose of this enzyme in the lung ,

 

Can anyone shed some light on this confusing matter
