And also why finding the sequence of an intron would be useful? Or else a really good, clear site with the information would be awsome. Thanks! Obviously if you want to use a restriction enzyme, you need to know where the sites are! What is an intron? What is the sequence of nucleotides used for - what does the cell do with this sequence?
