Dust explosion in the desert?

I have heard there are many dust wind in the desert.

At that time , I think, fine and dry particles are floating around in the air. Are there any record about dust explosion in the desert?

the dust is sand. silicon dioxide does not combust so it cannot form a dust explosion.
