I rearranged the ideal gas equation (PV = nRT) to make P the subject, put quantities in their appropriate units and got the pressure as 3.5x106 Pa; with partial pressures of (H2) 2.1x106 Pa and (He) 1.5x106 Pa.

A)

Assume

ideal gas, temperature is equilibrium after mixing.

n=PV/RT

n_A + n_B =n_T

multiply RT both side.

P_A V_A + P_B V_B = P_T (V_A + V_B)

(8.4atm)(45.6L) + (9.60atm)(V_B) = (8.75atm) (45.6L + V_B )

V_B=?

Other --> think over
