Can we see the molecular chain of polymers by using just an optical microscope with 100x magnification (max)?? thanks in advance.. ;)

The short answer is no. With electron microscopes you can see how crystalin polymer chains pack, but you can't resolve individual chains. If you have a good film you can get pretty good resolution using atomic force microscopes. The one thing you can see with an optical microscope and a couple polarizers is birefringence caused by crystalin domains.

but if we don't have atomic force microscope can we use FESEM (field electron scanning microscope)?
