what is the correction factor 260 for TAMRA and ROX

Featured Replies

I purchased fluorescent labeled RNA. And I want to detect the RNA concentration using 260nm reading. But I need subtract the fluorophore effect at 260 nm using equation A260corre=A260-(Amax*C.F.260), where i can find the C.F.260 for different fluorophores? Especially TAMRA and ROX?

Thanks a lot
