Fine idea. Hmm. The link is "blogging to the bank dot us" I'm obviously not going to click on it, so that's all I have to go on. Well,

It apparently gives you a free list of sites highly ranked in Google that you can spam your links on to get high Google rankings. Interesting that the OP says he's interested in buying a free list.
