Can you find the height of a person through foot size (is there a relation)?

If I grow up to be, say, 6' 4" (male), is it possible to find my future foot size?

No answers too your questions, but i have heard of two other comparisons.

 

The length of your arm from elbow too wrist is the same length as your foot.

The length from fingertip to fingertip when you hold your arms out is the same as your height.

Neither of those are true though. The lengths are similar and flesh is squishy so people tend to manipulate the measurement to make it fit.
