I was wondering if these parts of the cow

are risky to eat or contain the prions that

would cause the human form of mad cow?

 

1.) cow lymphnodes

 

2.) cow salivatory glands

I don't know the answer to your question, but I thought they ruled out prions?

Not as far as I know, but then it's not really my field
