I have been presented with a cryptogram challenge with i am not able to solve. The person who gave it to me refuses to give me the solutions, and tells me to find it my self.

 

I am stuck and are hoping for some help.

Here is the puzzle:

 

GSV PRMT RH WVZW OLMT OREV GSV PRMT

 

 

I have been thinking that GSV would be THE, but that helps me no way.

I have been trying out that, dead, died, says for WVZW, but not luck there either.

 

Can anyone help me out??

it is pretty hard. im trying though. i dont think that prmt is girl, ask him for a hint or something.

Do you know specifically what type it is, say a substitution cypher.

Doesn't make much logical sense, but it's consistent with a substitution cipher!
