I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a good tutorial on how to make antifreeze? It'd be nice if it would stay in its aqueous state until -40F, since that's the type of conditions I live in here.

heh buying antifreeze is the easy way out ;)

I know there's a simple way of making it, involving some ammonium.

Yea I read about the whole fish's in-built antifreeze system a while ago. I'm taking biology right now so we were talking about it for a bit :)
