p-phase fourier series?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am trying to find the Fourier series of a rectified sine wave, there is an entry in the data book for this for a "p-phase" cosine wave, firstly can I adapt this series for my requirements and secondly what is my p?

Here is the data book (p18)

http://www-mdp.eng.cam.ac.uk/web/library/enginfo/cueddatabooks/mathematics.pdf

and my rectified sine wave is f(t) = |sin(wt)|

Cheers,

Ed
