Simply, i would like to ask.......

 

What is the easiest unix system (graphic user interface)? except for macintosh.....and is excellent on mobility (easy to get, small in size and free source code)..

I'm using the latest Mandrake build and I'm finding it quite easy to pick up.

 

It's 3 CDs, and you can download it free from various mirror sites.

he said he has a mac. i never tryed recompiling Unix/Linux meant for pc platforms on a mac so don't know if it's possible.
