Is it possible to include a picture to assist in the question that one is asking about in this space? I have question that can really only be asked with reference to an illustration that why I ask.

sure, if the picture has a URL then click the yellow box (with the mountains) above the text entry window that you normally reply in and put the url in there, it should display the pic when you click "post reply".
