What materials are able to reflect/deflect microwaves, if any?

Metals will reflect microwaves, hence why you don't heat food in a microwave with metal on it (aside from the sparking issue).

even a metal grid like those over microwave doors, or some see threw coatings to glass....microwaves are quite easy to deal with, there is alot of info on this kind of thing online...
