I noticed a few posts referring to Dawkins' book.

 

Both believers and non-believers of deities find the book a bit crass.

 

 

So, I am suggesting that instead you read a much older essay on science and religion, by Einstein. That is the title, and can be easily found in a search engine using the above.

 

He is far more eloquent in both his approach and resolution.
