Photons are energy and act as particles, but they are particles without mass, electrons are similar but they do have mass but only a very small amount, much less that say a Neutron. in a GENERAL aspect I suppose the direct answer would be YES, but it would all depend on how you define a "particle" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
