Hades Posted February 20, 2004 Share Posted February 20, 2004 My g/f and i are currently looking for a microscope within the $500 range that is durable, and most importantly has great magnification in terms of clarity. I too am also looking for a decent microscope, but my friends have just suggested using a laboratory microscope. But i think i understand you feelings, sometimes, we get samples that must be observed urgently and quickly. ANyhow, you should check out sargent welch, they have some good microscopes. http://www.sargentwelch.com is their site, but you should order the catelogue, because the ite is alittle bare on pictures and info.
