it keeps on telling me that the server is too busy only when i login. What is the problem?

same here, not a clue either :\

 

I can only imagine that the same place this is hosted at has other sites that are being flooded with trafficc, and thus reducing our bandwidth?

Yeah. Theres about 450 other sites on the same server.
