Personally I dislike templates but if I've got to go with one they're quick and mostly well done, there are other open source ones avaliable anyone know any good sites etc....

good if your a beginner to web design. but if your experienced at web programming you'll probably make a decent site anyway.

They're quick and easy to use. Good for beginners or anyone who doesn't need/want to make their own design. A lot of professionals will just make their own templates, but if you're not a professional then it's an easy option.

 

As for what I think of those - well, some are ok. Templates can be useful, especially when supplied to you free (open source).
