this question might sound strange but im curious.

 

Which are your favorite/least favorite microorganisms?

 

my favorite: the Clostridium bacterias, amoebas and cyanobacteria. possibly flagellates but only some of them

least favorite:Viruses, although i don't know if i consider them organisms

To be specific, my favorite micro-organism is probably Plasmodium sp. My least favorite is any herpesviridae because they are a PITA to study

I think Agrobacterium tumefaciens is pretty cool.

well i like the viruses they are pretty smart even though they are so small they can infect anything from a bacterium to a human.
