GREAT! You`re "on side", now try and explain this to the original poster or any other poor sod that comes here expounding his "new theory" believing otherwise! :)

First off, 1/4 a mile in 12 seconds is not that fast. That's 75 mph or 120 kph. Very few off-the-line cars cannot achieve that speed.

 

I agree completely with swansont, YT, and Sayo. And JC Macswell, I have to admit, I'm curious if you're serious or just joking, for the sake of argument. :P
