I started with aminopyridine attacked beta site of the a,b-unsaturated ester. But not quite understand cyclization and acyl transfer part.. Thank you very much for your help in advance! glueboy Posted September 18, 2023 Share Posted September 18, 2023 I don't think looking at the molecular structure helps me at all, I'd rather just see the liquids and solids coming together, like I'm cooking instead, this is all quite meaningless to me, I guess if you have more of an education, then it might click a little more when you see it.
