Anyone doing research on deep learning models for classification of Alzheimer's?

I am trying to understand the dataset Oasis-3 and unable to find the labels or classes of the given images? 

Please guide

CDR and dementia diagnosis can be found with other demographic data in “ADRC Clinical Data”.

yes but i am unable to understand that are the labels only dependent on CDR rating?

because it is not specifically mentioned anywhere.

Also the ADRC clinical data column only contains a number, how to define that? How to extract the CDR rating from there?
