Shades of both. Green is the more dominant, but there are hints of red about.

gram-negative so it should be proteus vulgaris (if not pls correct me)

That's certainly how it looks.

Damn it, I got that the wrong way around, sorry. The purple colour is gram positive.  So this looks gram positive, not negative.  The prominent rod shapes are definitely purple.
