I am trying to find an equation for biorhythms. I have the answers Physical=63%

Emotional=-22%

Intellectual=-81%

I just don't know how to write the equation into y=asin(Bx+C)+D 

Answers would really be appreciated.

I really don't understand what you are trying to do.   You have three percentages given.  What do they have to do with x and y?  What are x and y supposed to mean in your equation?
