Strange Chromosomes in the Karyogram

Hello!

 

I am studying medicine and recently came across this karyogram (Attached File). I identified that it is an Ullrich-Turner Syndrome, but i am still unsure about the other chromosomes (for example the 2 two chromosomes look rather strange, like one morphed into the others)

 

I hope you can solve the mystery!
