Assays for checkpoint inhibitors

Hi all,

 

I am currently working on the MOA for a novel checkpoint inhibitor that is similar to PD-1. I already have a CMV assay showing nice blocking but what I would like to do is develop a DC/macrophage assay. Any ideas?
