  1. Found this one also, not so bad! (if anyone is around to read) Picture taken from ISS, pretty cool Enjoy!
  2. As for heights I'm not the biggest fan, not phobia - just ... mind definitely alerting to focus on that! I saw one on TV with a woman who had a phobia of any fish - pretty much cured with hypnotic suggestion / therapy
  3. I guess it's only a phobia if it is an irrational fear? Seems like a rational fear that of being seriously injured - will become a phobia if fear is disproportional to the situation maybe? Is this how you describe it for you? P
  4. its actually sections of dry ice (the pinkish colour). The light blue regions come from a gentle coating of light frost, and the things that look like trees are streaks of melting carbon dioxide ice. you got it
  5. If Google Glasses / something similar kicks off then I can image it will be easier for people to capture such images! That supercell with the lightening striking the ground is mega.
  6. Found some pretty awesome photographs of things that I thought people might be interested in! Thought maybe we could create a thread to share the more extreme stuff.... Things like the supercell (Thunderstorm with a rotating updraft.... looks pretty mental...) Credit to this awesome photograph (and many more of the sort) Here. And this natural gas source that has been burning since the 70's! The doorway to hell.... P
  7. Edit: Can't edit that post so will stick the image that goes for the case study below. (Quick summary here) P
