  1. ha ha! yup they are made up of subatomic particles electrons, protons and neutrons! now dont ask me what are subatomic particles, other wise i will have to push you back to 5th grade...
  2. when two same atoms react with each other they form molecule for example O + O reacts and gives O2, when two different atoms react with each other they form molecule of compound for example, H2 + O gives H2O and this always happens by intermolecular force of attraction between the particles, in solid suppose ice, intermolecular force of attraction is pretty high in liquid intermolecular force of attraction is less and in gaseous state intermolecular force of attraction is negligible> Key Concept: so in between molecules there is intermolecular force of attraction
  3. Matter is made up of tiny particles, which are so small that they are not visible from the naked eyes and they are called ATOMS... we can only see these particles through electron microscope, known as STM
  4. tin, aluminium and zinc does not react with hot and cold water, they only react with steam

    chemistry

in my opinion, salt is solid in state and if we mix salt in water then diffusion takes place (intermixing of particles that is salt particle and water particle)what i am trying to say here, if the water is salty & carrot is dry in condition and we put it in water, osmosis takes place
  6. I have tried to explain in with a diagram, i hope this will help
  7. Atomic No. of Phosphorous is 15, so the electronic config. will be 2, 8, 5 to complete its Octate three more electrons are required, and in the same way, Chlorines atomic no. is 17, so the elec. config would be 2, 8, 7 Here, Chlorine requires 1 electron to complete its octate, therefor chlorine will take electrons from the other element and phosphorous will also take three electrons from the other element. And this can be done by sharing of electrons and this kinda sharing is always happens in Non-Metals So in PCl5 sharing of electrons will take place.
  8. Sodium Hydroxide will be formed, so i dont think that fish would die...! as sodium hydroxide is basic
  9. in neutralization reaction: Acid+Base=>salt+water so the answer is NO, it wouldnt kill the fish, had you mentioned the PH of water, the answer would have been different

there are many sites, and if you want online classes, i am ready to offer you my help! send me a PM
  11. yup used it...liked what i saw, the neat and clean design is surely a plus point for the browser. but some how i am back with my FF may be 'old habits die hard'
