  1. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Genomes/ there you will find information on both genomes. if 25k is an estimate then why do they teach us in school that the entire human genome has been sequenced? if it was sequenced it wouldnt be an estimate. Although the chimp genome has not been fully completed, you can still determine how similar they are using DNA hybridization, but this is not accurate everytime (some reveal 97% some reveal 98-99%. Im not trying to offend anyone with this post, im just sharing what I have learned here in school. If I am wrong here, please indicate. Doni
  2. I am in biochemistry right now as an undergraduate. it seems harder then all of my previous courses combined. Its seems like a mix between Cell Biology and Organic Chemistry...
  3. I am by no means a biochemist, but if one were looking into where and how histidine is made you may be able to start by looking at the mechanisms for how imidazole's as functional groups are formed. Histidine also plays a huge role in hemoglobin... so you might be able to use your knowledge of that... again i only have little knowledge of biochemistry (as i am finishing up my first semester). so if i am wrong in either of these assumptions, i apologize. good luck. 4. my physics professor told us that in order to have time travel we would need Antigravity, but since we dont have Antigravity that is "Problematic"
