I just started biochemistry and am very rusty when it comes to buffer calculations.. can anyone can offer me any tips on solving these two problems? Please? 1. What weight of glycine (pk1=2.4, pk2=9.6) and what volume of 0.5N HCl would you need to make 100 mL of 0.2M buffer of pH 2? 2.
