    Games can be programmed in many languages. GTA was written in C++. So the answer to your question is yes, you can create games like GTA in C++. I'd like to point out a game also written in C++, that game is DOOM.

What is a good programming language to learn, I kinda know Java and a little bit of Python. I know HTML and CSS are not programming languages but I know them pretty good. Thanks and bless your faces!
