  1. In my opinion Operating system is a system software which gives platform to run for all application programs and which act as the interface between user and computer. And the networking is the interconnection of computers by using a wired or wireless media. but what is the relation between networking and operating system.
  2. It is not homework sir, it is the question of my last exam but i have not found solution of that.

  4. OS has single disk, which it uses (a) to create user files, and (b) to spool printer output for various user processes. Space is allocated for both on a demand basis, and a program is blocked if its disk space requirement can not be granted. Spooled printer output is handed over to the printer when a program finishes. Is there a possibility of deadlocks in this system? If so, under what condition? Suggest a solution to the deadlock problem.
  5. Is networking an operating system? If yes how it works?
