I'm personally against reputation systems in general, but perhaps there are ways to improve the one we have right now.
Consider, for example, that a negative reputation has to be reviewed by a moderator (or some other higher ranking member); the user giving the reputation must write a short note as to why the person in question deserves a negative reputation, and if the moderator thinks the negative reputation is well deserved, he passes it through. If a moderator has been given a negative reputation, another moderator will have to review it.
What do you guys think?

I find it annoying that many "scientists" accept contradictions and do not modify their theories, and do not cite the shortcomings they know exist in their efforts. This is the same as what religion does.
Care to share an example of such contradiction?

Why do people keep screaming "EVIDENCE", when no logical Christian ever claims there is in fact evidence to support Christianity other than some historical accuracies. Any logical Christian will tell you that they aren't Christians based on evidence but faith. The only evidence anyone is likely to stumble upon are some accuracies dealing with people, places, and events of the times. These are mixed in with the stories of the bible with other things that can never be proven. It is peoples faith that lead their religion, not any based evidence found through scrutiny of that faith. So I agree with the confusion of the rest of this thread. What is the point in asking for evidence?
There are no logical Christians, as the most logical stance would be no stance at all. There is no logic in choosing to believe in a view of the universe that isn't based on any kind of evidence at all.
Furthermore, while there aren't any evidence supporting Christianity, there sure are evidence against it.

While I'm not interested in the courses themselves (mostly because I've lost faith regarding the education in computer science in general), I wouldn't mind helping out. What exactly is it you want me to do? Are there tests that you'll have to complete in order to win? I wouldn't mind an elaborate description of the actual contest.

Am I the only one who finds the question very ambiguous? Could you perhaps quote the exact question?

Why on earth would you want to use Turbo C++? It's 2012.
Either way, I'd recommend using the official tutorial on C++. Very explanatory and structured; besides, cplusplus.com has great documentation and references.

Batch is only a scripting language, the source isn't meant to be hidden. While compiled languages such as C++ has a hidden source in a general sense, it can still be reverse engineered and disassembled with a debugger
Do you mind if I ask why you want to hide your source code?

What makes an atheist not believe in God?

Scientifically, there has been no evidence to suggest that there is, either. I don't dismiss a creator due to evidence, I dismiss a creator due to lack of evidence. I've also come to the conclusion that a creator is illogical, and that the available cosmological theories are much more reasonable and logical than the theory of a creator.
That's all there is to it.
